Visitors complete an 8-question assessment covering DTI, credit, down payment, and cash flow. MDE Pro generates a Readiness Score, Buyer Profile, and Approval Likelihood, then routes qualified borrowers directly into the broker’s existing loan application.
MDE Pro does not capture leads and does not store borrower data on the vendor’s end. It is fully white-labeled to match the broker’s brand, with quick setup and no development work required.
