This tool has saved me so much time in being able to offer multiple scenarios at various price points, interest rates, down payment scenarios, and even various properties. It has been a game-changer in my business. Not to mention, it’s a clean look, much more intuitive for the consumer and changes can be made in live-time for the customer. Misely is user friendly and the interface easy to maneuver through the site on desktop and mobile views. We present our borrowers different properties and several loan scenarios for each property in one screen, making it easy to compare. We often add properties and loan programs from our phones on the go, making it easy to be out of the office at settlement and building relationships with our realtor partners.
